Nishant Munjal believes operational excellence is one of the most overlooked drivers of better patient care. When physicians and their teams spend less time navigating administrative complexity, they gain more time to focus on the people who matter most: their patients.

After nearly two decades working on the payer side of healthcare and through his continued leadership as Board Member and Practice Administrator at NCIAP - People's Medical Care, Nishant has experienced healthcare from both the payer and provider perspectives. Those experiences gave him a deep understanding of the operational challenges independent medical practices face every day and shaped a simple conviction: healthcare organizations deserve operational partners who genuinely understand their world.

That conviction became Avora Solutions.

Today, Nishant is building Avora to help independent medical practices strengthen operations through secure Medical Virtual Assistants, thoughtful workflow improvements, and practical innovation that allows physicians to spend less time managing administrative work and more time caring for patients.
